Well hello there! I’m Una, a Qualified Independent Celebrant, and it is such a pleasure to have you land on my page where you can find out a little more about me. First of all, I am all about the JOY, cultivating it and spreading it through creating celebratory ceremonies, personalised to make the most cherished memories for you and your loved ones.

When searching for the perfect celebrant for my wedding, a lightbulb went off that sparked a fire in me: I want to help people create the most perfect ceremony for them! I want to be a celebrant that adds a sprinkle of joy to a celebration!

Choosing and meeting our celebrant, crafting our ceremony together and experiencing the reality of our wedding day was such a life changing experience for me that I decided to become a Celebrant! 

I have loved training to become a Wedding, Naming and End of Life Celebrant, inspired and touched by the stories of the people involved, and knowing that I have helped them on such a special and unique occasion. I love to meet new people and learn about their stories.

Based near Southport, I create and conduct bespoke, unique and memorable Ceremonies for people in the North West of England (including all of Merseyside, Lancashire, Greater Manchester, The Wirral and Cheshire), but I also love to travel so will happily go anywhere around England, Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland to officiate a ceremony. I love outdoor venues with tipis where nature is celebrated as part of the ceremony!

I was raised in a very traditional Irish Catholic household, and have a great deal of understanding of religion and spirituality – as an Independent Celebrant, I can weave as much or as little into your ceremony.
